Too costly to return online purchase
Selling a product online requires a liberal return policy, which you don't have. huge item was not what I needed and it's not worth sending returning and paying the shipping.

They had the product I needed, but pricey shipping
They had the product I needed, and they shipped it out quickly, but $28.44 for shipping one gate latch seemed to be an excessively steep price to pay for standard shipping, therefore I'm deducting a point.
Timely and great customer service.
shipping quick and accurate
Durable Post-Hole Digger: Cuts Digging Time in Half
I wanted to share some feedback on the post-hole digging tool I purchased from Hoover Fence Company. It worked wonderfully and was definitely worth the money. Where I live, the soil is mostly sand, and digging post holes can be very time-consuming. Using this tool cut my digging time roughly in half. The tool is very well designed, and I especially like that the wear parts are replaceable. It’s clearly made to last and not something you use for one project and throw away. I would definitely recommend this tool to any fence professional or homeowner who has a lot of post holes to dig, especially in sandy soil. It’s one of those well-made tools you can take care of, use for years, and eventually pass down to your children or grandchildren. Very pleased with the purchase and would absolutely buy it again.
After figuring out what part I needed
