Poor Manufacturing Quality and Costly Losses
We cannot recommend Sunday Knight as a manufacturing partner. Before mass production, they produced several prototypes, and we provided detailed technical documentation with precise specifications. We also discussed every important requirement with them and received confirmation that they fully understood and accepted all of our expectations. Despite this preparation, approximately **90% of the production batch was unusable and had to be discarded**. The acrylic (plexiglass) display stands were assembled incorrectly, with the parts glued together crookedly. As a result, the posters could not stand upright inside the displays and collapsed, making the products unsuitable for use in retail stores. As a result, our company suffered a financial loss of approximately **€10,000**, not including the time, delays, and additional work required to deal with the situation. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend this supplier for projects where quality, precision, and compliance with technical documentation are critical.
