Quick delivery, slightly suboptimal quality of the product itself (phone casing)
I had great experience with the company. My parcel was delivered in less than a week. In term of the product itself, it is a bit bodgy (the cut for a camera is slightly oblique instead of being parallel/perpendicular to the edges of the casing, the magnets are very weak and won't lock when you close the casing - one need to do manually). However, for the price they were asking and after hours spent on searching for a vertically opening casing for my phone model, I would turn a blind eye on it. Without these guys I would not have any casing for my phone at all.
The time taken is too much for receiving my package. And the quality of received products is disastrous. They dont fit my product properly. They look cheaper in original than the online displayed. Quality is very very poor of the products

Order was not compatible with my unit. Sent email next day to return item. Sunsky sent me one email, I replied back 3 times to the one email and still have not gotten a reply back or help with my order.

Decent selection of parts at a fair price if you don't mind the wait
pretty good selection of parts That are priced fairly. your sales representative speaks fluent english and doesn't try to sell me what I don't need. Like all China companies the shipping time is long. You should have an incentive program that is straight forward, no gimmicks. Like Jerrsey Mike's ssandwich company. you get reward points for evey dollar you spend and there are rewards of certain price product when you accumulate enough points earned by every dollar you spend. No lotteries or games of chance for rewards. If you offer coupons make them easy to understand and easy to use. If you have lotteries and gimmicks to entice people to come and spend, they will think you are shady and stay away.
The sender was fully transparent from the start of the purchase to the delivery. The only reason it wasn't 5 stars is that the image online seems brighter than what I received; however, I am okay and satisfied with my purchase. I have no problem purchasing from this sender in the near future.
My order took almost a month to arrive and I didn't like that it was sent to the South African post office because the South African post office isn't reliable at all, there is a good chance your package could end up getting lost / never arriving
The item I ordered looks like good quality though. I am yet to fit it on my phone so I guess we'll see

1. Good variety of products available.
2. If buying in large quantities like more than 10 products, shipping is afforable too.
3. They also help source products from other chinese stores in the same order.
4. I have made 2 orders, and both arrived on time they promised (in three weeks).
5. Cancellations are an issue, I was unable to cancel my order (it was sourced and packed, not shipped). But they combined my two orders and it got me 2$ shipping discount. Still not the best when it comes to cancellations. I dont know about return and refund since by God's Grace, all of my products have arrived in good state till now.
