Absoltely terrible service at KETTERING…

Absolutely terrible service at KETTERING branch! i walked in and went to the counter as i knew i wasnt able to use my student discount on the self serve machines. Initially the young lady told me that the till "was not currently taking orders" which to my response was "well its needs to be because i want the 2 for 1 tacos since its Tuesday and use my SD! She proceeded to take my order..........She didnt know about Taco Tuesday (embarassed face!) how can you work at Taco Bell and NOT know their offers...anyway she received some assistance from a manager and put through my tacos...i then added a crunchwrap box meal for my daughter, she then called for assistance again as she didnt know how to apply student discount! ..I paid and went to get my drink. the food was ready and i collected it, i usually check the bag from fast food places but i didnt on this occasion. i live 5 miles away. i got home to see my 4 tacos....& chips! They pretty much forgot my daughters order ccompletely! Now i wasnt going to share my tacos otherwise as i needed post workout fuel & my daughter doesnt rate these ones, so i drove BACK to Taco Bell after no one answered the phone!!! The receipt showed that she had entered my order in incorrectly and there was no box meal just a wrap,fries and a drink! So i requested all food to be made fresh again and i would like the churros i originally wanted. He just about apologised and when he returned with the fresh order......there were no churros! Not even as a good will gesture or to compensate me having to drive back! we will NOT be eating from there again! Diabolical. I can now see why AI will take over the world. Incompetent staff!

I visited Taco Bell in bury st Edmund’s…

I visited Taco Bell in bury st Edmund’s on Sunday evening and my whole experience was atrocious. I waited 30 minutes for one crispy beef taco whilst there were only 6 customers in the restaurant. A lady was waiting around 5 minutes just to be seen for some napkins to clean her OWN table and another customer had to ask for their table to be cleaned which was in an awful state. Whilst waiting for my taco I was signaled away by an employee using their hand to ‘shew’ me away. Another employee was covered in hickeys which I found very inappropriate for work. Once I received my ONE taco the hard shell was all cracked and not only that the beef inside was cold. After my long 30 minute wait I was certainly not pleased with the service and the food. I do not recommend visiting as you could be in the same situation

The Taco Bell in Vernon's the worst they locked the doors before 10:00 sometimes 9:00 9:15 9:30 they lock the doors when you're supposed to go inside it screws everybody up and then you got to wait on a long line to get food because they take their time

I am a delivery driver for Uber Eats…

I am a delivery driver for Uber Eats and Deliveroo, and this was one of the most unprofessional experiences I have had. I visited Taco Bell on Queen’s Road, Bristol, to collect an order. I waited patiently for around 10 minutes before politely asking the manager, Aakash, how much longer the order would take. Instead of giving a professional response, he spoke to me in a rude, aggressive, and disrespectful manner. He said, “If you want to wait, then wait. Otherwise, cancel the order and leave. Another driver will come.” There was no reason to speak to me like that. I remained calm, did not argue, and simply cancelled the order and left. Delays can happen, and I completely understand that. However, there is never an excuse for treating people with such disrespect. As a manager responsible for leading a team, he should know how to communicate professionally. His behaviour was unacceptable and reflected very poorly on the restaurant. I sincerely hope Taco Bell addresses this issue and ensures that both customers and delivery drivers are treated with the respect they deserve.

I am so tired of Taco Bell. I ordered two Chalupa’s and a taco and there was and I’m not kidding four pieces of meat in the first Chalupa and they were so hard I couldn’t eat them. The second one maybe add one piece in it if even that I can’t really remember any meat in it. I was just eating lettuce and the Chalupa bread. I’m done with Taco Bell until they start doing the right thing and giving customers what they pay for and they need to reduce prices. It’s ridiculous. What we’re paying at the stores and at these places who don’t give you anything for what you’re paying for. We can’t even afford to eat out anymore, but when we do, we should expect it to be better. I order for 2 people and it’s $70. These big corporations who own all these fast food chains are stealing money from the consumers. From now on if I were you, I would order your tacos and Mexican food from a Mexican restaurant. At least you get what you pay for. I could get more food from a Mexican restaurant for $70. They’re locally owned and they do more for customers than Taco Bell/big corporations are doing. I don’t know if sonic is owned by the same corporation, but they’ve gone from giving real meat patties to giving you fake meat that’s so thin and you can’t hardly chew it. It’s time we start ordering our burgers and stuff from other restaurants and stop this insanity. Make them realize that we aren’t going to put up with it anymore.

I always enjoy my experience in Taco Bell, fast service, hot food always! I never have problems when I come, efficient for time and quickness. I think some employees are really unappreciated with what they have to put up with customers sometimes. Jay has served me a few times and I never have any problems. Always Pleasant!

i do like taco bell, infact i could say at one point it was comfort food, until we just ordered it rn and for some reason the cinnamon twisties tasted WEIRD, almost as if they were OLD, its still on my taste buds and i had to throw them out after like the first couple twisties, also this was in virginia so yeah.

so taco bell in huddersfield town is absolutely outrageous!!! we are not happy at all first thing that’s wrong about this taco bell is my friend ordered a taco and with certain things not on it she gets it and everything is on it !!! we are not happy at all another thing is my food was not cooked properly and they added cheese on top and i’m not a big fan of cheese !! i got a baja blast and they gave me a normal cup and food was cold !! staff was rude when confronted about the taco being wrong and service was poor DO NOT COME HERE also very dirty inside of this establishment honestly very disappointed this is not on lads we are not happy not worth your time and it stinks of absolute crap in there . While still in this establishment after eating we stayed abit before leaving while gathering all our friends and the group of us that ate all started to feel sick not happy !!!😡 taco also fell apart as soon as it was picked up awful tacos don’t eat taste really bad poop😡😡😡😤😤😤😱😱😱

Hire better employees!

The food is good but it's like they always have to mess something up. Everytime we come through with a mobile order there is always at least one missing item or an incorrect item in my order. It's been like this for years. Hire better employees!
