The following day, a second order was placed for the same item in size XL, which appears to be the size you intended to purchase. We did not receive any message from you stating that the original order was placed in error. When you reached out, we provided instructions to return the first item for a refund. To clarify our policy: - If an incorrect item is sent due to our mistake, a full refund will be processed. - If a customer wishes to return/exchange an item due to personal selection (such as size), the return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility. Even though we do not typically offer size exchanges due to the nature of our products, we made an exception and guided you through the return process so you could receive a refund.
