I ordered my latest t-shirt at the beginning of July & followed up with TeePublic at the beginning of August when I hadn’t received it. Alex and Charlie wrote back to me right away that that they would investigate. They found that my shirt was lost at its last stop & said they would send me a replacement, which I received yesterday. I couldn’t be happier and give them 5 stars and then some!!
We have been dealing with Tee Public for a number of years. My son is disable thru a Motorbike Accident. He lives to collect caps of bands that he has seen. He has approx. 70. Tee Pubilic proves great service and the workmanship is excellent.
The product was delivered quickly, but unfortunately my child has only worn it twice and the design is already peeling. We’re both pretty disappointed.

TeePublic describes itself as the “world’s largest marketplace for independent creators” selling high-quality merchandise featuring their artwork. The company also states that it is “obsessed with quality” and holds its third-party fulfillment centers to high printing and shipping standards. I ordered a Cal Berkley 12” x 12” print. The image shown on TeePublic’s website looked crisp and clean, but the print I received was disappointing. Both the image quality and the paper quality were poor. I also received two prints and was charged for two, even though I intended to order only one. This may have been user error, but the ordering process felt confusing and the website did not make the quantity clear. I contacted TeePublic through their online form, but I have not received a response to date. Based on my experience with the product quality, ordering process, and lack of follow-up, I cannot recommend this site or the products and artwork it promotes. If you are expecting low-quality prints, this may meet your expectations. Otherwise, I would look elsewhere.

I ordered a shirt and somehow the delivery person was unable to deliver the package and sent it back without giving me notice. I informed customer service and they immediately offered to send a new one free of charge and it arrived a few days ago! I'm so happy because I really wanted to support a small production (Project Ghostlight) and it was really important for me to get merch to show them that people care about their project and want to see more from them. All in all, excellent experience and excellent customer service.

The sizes run VERY small. Too small. Also I ordered two t shirts, both extra soft. One was very soft and the other was NOT, and was not flexible. I was disappointed overall. I just gave them to my daughter to wear she’s much smaller than me.

The print quality is atrocious Genuinely unwearable. It was a drunk purchase that I’d like to forget. Can’t be bothered to go down the refund path. Lesson learned.
