Expedited shipping was a complete scam — avoid at all costs
I paid extra for expedited shipping (2–4 business days, per their own confirmation email) because I needed my order before a specific event. Instead, it took 12 days to arrive — nearly 10 days past what I paid for. By the time it showed up, the event I needed it for was long over, making the items completely useless to me. I paid a premium for speed I never got, and on top of that, all I got in response was an unhelpful bot that offered no real answers, no accountability, and no actual resolution. If you’re ordering for a deadline, do NOT trust their “expedited” option — it means nothing. Paid extra for nothing, received it too late to matter, and never got a real human response to fix it. Would not recommend and won’t be ordering from here again.
