It took less than two weeks for our initial inquiry to getting a final proof with our product. There was fantastic customer service from the sales team, who was willing to change the contract to fit our needs after further internal discussion, in under an hour. He introduced us to the design & production team, where our ideas were generated into fruition in under three business days. We are very satisfied with the advertising services that TerraBosst offered us and will continue our partnership in the future, as well as promote them to our business partners. I spoke with the salesperson on the phone. Nice guy Mr. X. We agreed on a payment plan of five payments of 270.00 deducted from my Folio. We got to the point where all was good on the art and that is when I was informed that I would need to pay the whole 1350.00 NO PAYMENT'S. I spoke with the person responsible for closing the sale. He informed me he would not honor what Mr. X said. I cancelled my order after providing proof of the phone recording of me and Mr. X talking about the price and payments. If I had known that from the beginning, I would not have proceeded with the order. I am sure the product would be great tool, but I think being upfront from the beginning would have been a lot better experience.
I didn't have crazy high expectations as this was my first time working with this team, but their work exceeded anything I could have possibly thought of. Excellent communication, beautiful artwork (I cannot wait for all my fans AND haters to see it), and they work so fast! 1000/10 recommend. I'm very impressed.

THIS HAS BEEN THE MOST WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE, TERRABOOST IS AN HONORABLE COMPANY. I FIRST WORKED WITH RANDI, SHE SOLD ME ON THE IDEA AND HELPED ME UNDERSTAND HOW THE PROGRAM WORKS. SHE WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND HELPFUL. NEXT I WORKED WITH MICHAEL WHO ISSUED A REFUND RIGHT AWAY WHEN I REALIZED A CHARGE THAT WAS A MISTAKE. MOST OF ALL I WORKED WITH JESSICA, SHE WAS FANTASTIC! WHAT A NICE PERSON SHE IS, HELPING ME DESIGN AND ALLOWING ME TO MAKE CHANGES AS I SAW FIT. Setting up a campaign was easy. The locations available were outstanding. The art department was attentive and easy to work with. She even accepted our mocked-up version to make relaying our ideas so much easier than having to write up descriptions (which can be hard to communicate the vision). She paid attention to detail and corrected the typo in the design. Can't say enough good things!
