This is my first time selling books online. I really needed the money to pay a bill. The process was quick. I did not give 5stars because I was quoted about 25% of the original price. I'm not upset because I agreed to sell the book knowing I needed the money and the company needs to make a profit. In all, I would sell to this company again because I now know it can be trusted to follow through with tracking and payments.
Selling my book through TextbookRush was simple and hassle-free. The process was straightforward, and payment was received quickly. Would definitely use again!
I was pleasantly surprised! They paid what they said they'd pay for my textbooks, the kept me updated about the status, and they sent payment promptly.
Do not use. Said my books were water damaged. They absolutely were not!!! And they dont send them back. Complete scam, I should have read reviews before using them. Much more honest companys out there.
Books were in excellent condition shipping was fast!
Fast delivery, book exactly as advertised in excellent condition. No issues
My experience was great because having a box, printing a label ensured no cost to mail the book back. My refund has been processed and sent. Thank you.
I would never use your company again, and will let the school know not to recommend it anymore!
I was skeptical at first about sending in my textbooks because of mixed online reviews, however, I am happy to report that I sent in my textbook and everything went very smoothly. I will definitely use this service in the future!
I was a little nervous sending in my textbooks for buy back as a lot of other online sites have been skeptical for being a scam. But textbook rush processed my return really quickly and payed back the entire amount that they quoted me for. All in all a really good experience.
I received a fair amount for my item and the check arrived sooner than promised.
Kept me informed the whole entire process and it was a really good turn around on getting the check.
It was really easy to ship my book, and my check came the following week
Speed of intake and check processing. Best in the business.
My used books look brand new! Delivery time was fast. Price was wonderful.
Very easy and fast service for selling my textbooks! Highly recommend for selling textbooks. Haven’t used them for buying textbooks yet.
