I received a product that had been opened and was not functioning. I reached out to the Daily Deal and got a reply immediately. Melissa said to just get rid of the product and they would refund my money. Which happen very quickly. Was very pleased with they support!
Ordered two items and was shipped only one. Numerous contacts with them with no resolution. Complained to Pay Pal and was issued an immediate refund. This company has the worst customer service I have in counted in my numerous purchases on line.
THAT DAILY DEAL- STAY AWAY! Placed an order on June 27,2026 they say 3 to 8 days. My credit card was charged on June 29,2026, never received any communication on order status or tracking, I went back on website saw tracking info, sat for days label created waiting for shipping company CIRRO to respond. I waited some days and checked again, showed was delivered. I have no merchandise benn going back and forth since July 18th with the only way to communicate emails. Had to do missing package report with shipping co. Gave them the report #, now they wont respond back with me. They have my money, I have no Mystery Dumplings. Very bad customer service.
I placed an order on 7/15. A day later I discovered that I had ordered the wrong type item. I asked for a cancelation and reordered the correct item. Both orders were billed and paid for by PayPay. No cancelation. It took 15 days to receive ONE order only. I complained and they found no second order (but charged for it). Terrible packing in order I received. My complaints via email were useless.
Shipping policy states orders ship within ten business days. Fourteen days, and my order shows "Shipping label created".
The product was missing a piece and they quickly refunded all my money when I wrote them to ask for it. They were a pleasure to work with.

Ordered cheese and sausage and received the order after almost 3 weeks after ordering and telling me I could not cancel because the order was in process. After almost 3 weeks waiting for my order and some type of status indication that my order had finally shipped. Many delays in responses from That Daily Deal until after the order was actually picked up by UPS which was 7 days after my first attempt at cancellation.
I’ve been purchasing from ThatDailyDeal for a long time, and have placed a lot of orders. I’ve had very few issues with any of the orders; but the one or two there have been, were handled so smoothly and professionally by their customer service department. I look forward to seeing their deal offers everyday.
Everytime I place an order, it is handled efficiently, timely and with clear processing communication. Anytime I have a question and send via email, it is handled the same way...with professional and friendly responses and solutions. 5 STARS! Will buy from again and again. There are a lot of good deals on this site. On one of my orders, I had to reach out to customer services. A representative, Madison promptly fixed my issue. She was courteous and professional. Although, the issue made me unhappy, I appreciate a company like this that does their best to be fair and make things right for customers. I will shop with them in the future.

Ordered some sausages and accidentally added fresh cheese. Reached out to adjust the order to ensure that I don't get home to spoiled cheese lol. Madison with Customer Service answered and adjusted in a matter of hours. Sausages were also great! Highly recommend!

I haven't received my orders yet because I just placed them today, but I have had the best customer service from That Daily Deal. I had selected the wrong shipping address, and they were able to fix it immediately with no hassle and super-quick communication. I am excited to get all my products especially the oil sprayer.
