Thefamouslocal-Poor service
Very poor customer care. To start with they have a email id only provided on the website. There is no response when u send an email. The Facebook page has a number given, but there is no response on the number. A message on messenger does get some response but no resolution of the issue. They drag on till it is too late to do anything. They lack any proactiveness and seem to be there only to dupe unsuspecting customers. Try alternative sites/services. Thefamouslocal should be on their way to permanent closure soon.
