Monday just gone 17th November placed a small order 2pm afternoon ,the order was with me next day 12 20 ! Now that is what I call service. First time using this company and you can see the difference between family run business and supermarket chain. I will certainly be using this company again
I have no complaints to raise about the service provided by organic Pantry. In the last few weeks I have placed two orders and they were delivered on time and as per my delivery instructions. Thank you so much for your help and support Joyce. My aim is to place weekly order with the Organic pantry and small businesses such as Organic Pantry and Acorn dairy.
Although there was plenty of choice and what seemed a gooc choice. Their Postcode finder didnt work so I made the order and they are unable to deliver. Slightly annoyed that I then had to wait for my money back however I was phoned today to see if they could try and refund me sooner. If Id had this option last week and/or the information given to me today I would have been a lot happier . It seems like a good choice of foods unfortunately not in my area .
The website postcode checker did not tell me that I was out of the serviced area, and neither did the checkout/payment process. My order couldn't be processed, yet payment was taken and now I'm told I have to wait 2 weeks for a refund. Ridiculous!
