I bought a 10mm pearl. Backing is tiny. I called the customer service and they insisted that that’s the correct backing. It doesn’t matter what they say. It doesn’t sit nicely, rather droppy. And YOU WILL LOSE your earrings one day. I am 50 years old who owns many big stud earrings. I know what works and what doesn’t. I will never use this cheap company again. I am still talking to them and they said I need to pay more for backing.
