From start to finish the order process was quick and easy, considering where you're based the delivery was such simple process and so quick to the uk and no additional duties made the decision so much easier. Then there are the Pearls, Beautiful Quality Black Freshwater Pearls, thank you, fantastic Anniversary present.
Bought earrings at Xmas and they did their best to match them to the pearl necklace today Friendly and helpful 😊
The pearl quality is good for the price, but the chain is much too thin. It makes the necklace look inexpensive and takes away from the beauty of the pearls. Unfortunately, I’ll be returning this.
I made a mistake and ordered two of the same pieces. They made it so I could cancel my order and reorder the one piece I purchased.
Excellent service and product was delivered quickly!!
My friend has ordered so many things from you & she suggested you for a special pair of pearls.
Knowing our customers recommend The Pearl Source to friends means so much to us. Thank you for sharing your review.
I was disappointed in the size of the pearls (too large) and the link chains seemed very dull. Also the lobster clasp is very difficult would prefer double clasp
Excellent customer service. Looked exactly like representation in pictures. Beautiful pearls.

We appreciate your kind words. It's great to hear you were pleased with both the quality of your pearls and the fast service you received.
Just received a pair of tin cup pearl earrings by an astonishingly fast Fedex delivery to the UK, amazing! The item is beautifully presented in its gift box and appears to be great value for the money, although I'm no expert on pearls. The only negative was a large hole punched into the delivery packaging. The item had clearly been removed from the packaging, crudely wrapped and replaced without sealing the box, probably by UK Customs. That does not reflect badly on Pearl Source.
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We're so pleased to hear your earrings arrived quickly and that you were happy with their presentation. It's especially nice to know your overall experience remained a positive one.
