Reviewers overwhelmingly had a great experience with this company. Customers frequently praise the exceptionally fast delivery times and the carefully packaged shipments that reliably arrive right on schedule without any issues. Many people are also very happy with the highly competitive prices, noting that they save a lot of money while enjoying authentic fragrance selections.
However, some customers also noted occasional issues with items arriving damaged or broken due to rough handling during shipping. A few other people also felt that certain perfumes did not smell quite right or lost their intended scent quality too quickly after application.

I paid more so my package would arrive on Friday, but now you’re saying that is arriving on next Tuesday. That’s not fair because I paid more money just to receive my package on Friday. I won’t be in the country by that time so I dont know what to do. So worried.

We’re sorry your package did not arrive on Friday as expected, especially since you paid an additional $2.95 for Friday delivery and were leaving the country.
According to the tracking information, your order was delivered at approximately 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, one day later than expected, and was handed directly to a recipient at the delivery address. We hope you were able to receive it before leaving the country.
Since the Friday delivery commitment was not met, please contact our Customer Service team at **(800) 830-1878**, and we will be happy to refund the additional $2.95 shipping charge.
We sincerely apologize for the one-day delay and the concern it caused.
I have been using ThePerfumeSot.com for all my perfume needs. They have so many different scents for women and men at such a great price, I stock up on my singular scent every year, which they seem to be the only place that has it, and they have great sales all the time. Delivery is made in a couple of days, I am a truly satisfied customer!
It was very easy to place the order, it was shipped the same day and it delivered when it was supposed to. Best of all I saved over $150 by not buying at a department store.
I highly recommend ThePerfumeSpot.com
Great deal on CK-1. Looks like first rate quality. Only suggestion I have is packing the bottles better (packaging was only on the top, when it should be around them - 6 sides). Thank you
I love The Perfume Spot. They have a great selection of authentic fragrances. Whenever I place an order it is shipped right away and on my door step within a couple of days. The shipment arrives neatly packaged and I'm always pleased. I've emailed customer service before with questions and they respond right away with kindness. The Perfume Spot is an excellent place to shop. Thank you.
We're sorry to hear about this, we know this is frustrating. Please contact our customer service team at (800) 830-1878 and they will help you resolve your issue. If needed, they will process a free return label for you so we can get you the right one.
Great prices and selection. Delivery is always on time in my experience.
One definite plus ( AI or a real person , i have no idea) if there's a shipping delay or whatever, they let you know.
Anymore, something so simple is totally ignored when it's actually very important, so thank you Perfume Spot
The Perfume Spot is the absolute spot! You guys came in clutch again on my second order. 25% off site wide and $10 in rewards, on top on the already discounted products seems like absolute robbery! Thank you for making it affordable to smell good again! EXTRA props for the fast free delivery, my package arrived in a few days!
My order was packed and on it's way just a few hours after I placed it! Arrived 4 days sooner than I expected! Their products and prices are great too!!
