Many people are also very happy with the highly competitive prices, noting that they save a lot of money while enjoying authentic fragrance selections. We're sorry for the frustration, but we do want to clarify the timeline because our records differ from what is described in this review. Your order was placed at 11:44 AM, entered our fulfillment system at 11:55 AM, and was packed and shipped at 12:41 PM — less than an hour after it reached our system. We're fast; that's how we roll. We reviewed our email records and did not receive a message correcting the shipping address immediately after the order was placed. The first email we received from you regarding the order was at 6:48 PM the following day, after the package had already shipped. We understand that mistakes can happen when entering a shipping address, but unfortunately, once an order has been packed and shipped, we can no longer change the delivery address. We wish we had received the correction before the order shipped, as we certainly would have done our best to help.
