Brilliant company, service & product
I had been looking to replace my beloved Oakley sunglasses with a very similar pair for some time without success. The frames were in excellent condition but the lenses had bubbled and were badly scratched. I found Sunglass fix through a google search and sent them a picture of the frame serial number enquiring whether they had suitable replacement lenses. I received a response from Edwina (SF team) within 48 hours with a link to suitable replacement lenses and confirming a 180 day risk free trial. I purchased the lenses and they were shipped from Australia to the UK. I received updates throughout the despatch and delivery process and received the lenses 10 days later. The lenses are amazing, better than the originals. The Sunglass Fix team contacted me following delivery to ensure I had no issues fitting the lenses and checking that I was 100% satisfied with the purchase. Sunglass Fix have provided me with an amazing product at a fantastic price and their customer services has been exceptional throughout the purchase process from initial enquiry to post purchase care. I'm now wearing my favourite sunglasses in the best UK summer on record. 10/10

Absolutely the best online company I have found for purchasing prescription lenses! I had a small issue with my order, and they immediately took care of it and sent me brand-new replacement lenses without any delay or difficulty. Their customer service was excellent from beginning to end. The company and everyone working there are extremely professional, helpful, trustworthy, and genuinely care about their customers. The quality of the lenses is excellent, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations. I honestly cannot recommend them highly enough. There is nothing better out there. Five stars are absolutely well deserved!
