I have used this Sunglass Fix before. I had several pairs of Ted Lapidus from 70’s- plastic was fragile. These were returned in perfect condition with new glass and I still wear them. I sent a couple pairs this time for my daughters. The actual glasses were cheap - bought in Thailand- but worth Upgrading with proper glass. Both times I found dealing with Sunglass Fix Easy and straightforward. The office rang if they had a question and glasses returned promptly. The service was fantastic - dealing with the staff was Pleasant and the end result was glasses that were worth sending off to get good glass. Fantastic. I recommend this company to everybody. I Love the Lenses . Got Lenses for my Bolle Sunglasses and they fit well. These last way longer than other Overseas replacement lenses and at a cheaper cost . Its a Win Win .

I wish I could leave o star review this was a shitty product because they advertise it to fit my Tom Ford glasses when it showed up the lenses were a tad bit bigger when you compare them to the original lenses so they did not fit the sunglasses and then they wanted me to ship the lenses to Australia, which is a astronomical shipping fee be smart, and by your lenses somewhere else all it was was throwing money in the garbage

Hi Matt, I'm sorry to hear about your experience. We do guarantee fit and offer a 6 month no question return policy. Our goal if there is a problem is to help customers get what they need or to help them get the lenses installed. I can see from the email conversations with your that our team offerred you to return the lenses to our USA return center or to ship the frames down to our Lab In Australia and we'd install them or make you a pair and install them and ship the frames back to you. I can see you felt the shipping of frames to Australia was too expensive and opted to send lenses back to our return center in New Jersey but never did. Anyhow, I'm sorry we couldn't get the issue resolved for you. I can see from the emails they tried to help you in many ways but obviously we can always do better and we are constantly trying. Customized Lenses for Unique Designer Frames
I bought a pair of very unique Versace sunglasses in 2008 that I loved! Though I've hung onto them for years the lenses were very damaged and so I couldn't wear them anymore. I have been searching for months for replacement lenses and contacted 4 other companies that claimed to be able to make custom lenses but who all told me my sunglass lenses were too unique and couldn't actually be replaced. Then, I came across Sunglass Fix. They are the ONLY company that was actually able to make the custom lenses. They also did so in a very timely manner, and the ordering and shipping process was seamless! I got my new lenses within two weeks of ordering them which is impressive since the company is in Australia and I am on the East Coast of the U.S. I cannot recommend Sunglass Fix more. Not only were they the only company that could produce my specialty lenses, they were not overly expensive, they were timely, and when I got my lenses they fit the frame perfectly. I'd gladly order from them again and couldn't recommend them more!
