They arrived a lot quicker than I’d expected, around 10 days to the UK. The packaging was brilliant, ensuring the lenses arrived in perfect condition and fit through the letter box so no need to wait in for delivery. The lenses were easy to install and have brought my 16 year old Oakleys back to life. Brilliant.

Oakley Lenses
Ordered replacement lenses for some Oakley Crosshairs. I paid £36.00 including fast delivery and they took around 10 x days to get here I have to say the packaging and quality of the lenses is 2nd to none. A UK retailer quoted me £95 plus vat for new lenses. I won’t go anywhere else ever again great product and great service. Would highly recommend.

HI Donal, We do gaurantee fit so getting a refund is fine. You do have to reach out to us though so we can help. I can tell you there are many reasons lenes do not fit. Our number one issues is customers order incorrectly followed by frame damage then lastly something went wrong with our CNC's which are calibrated to run within the width of a hair in accuracy daily. Regardless of the reason we are here to help anyone that has had an issue with their order. That's why we grant a 6 month no question return policy. However, once aware of issues our team is verty good at troubleshooting and can resolve almost all of them so you can get your sunglasses repaired. I have now purchased three times from sunglasses fix for different sunglasses. This time I had a minor issue, the company immediately rectified it, the replacements are so good my first set lasted me a couple of years on my everyday use sunglasses. Highly recommend.

Original lenses supplied did not fit correctly. However, Sam from Sunglasses Fix went to great lengths to resolve the issue. Lenses now fit perfectly and appear to be good quality.

I ordered new glasses for my Ray-Ban and I am astonished how big their catalogue was since mine was a fairly old model! I usually don't write reviews, but I decided Sunglass Fix deserved one because of their service. The first package was unfortunately lost, so I contacted SGF to launch an investigation at their courier. They sent me a replacement and it just arrived today! I was prepared to be disappointed, since they are based in Australia and I am in the Netherlands, but all went very well. The quality is better than Ray-Ban's!

Ridiculously happy! I have ordered at least five pairs of lens through The Sunglass Fix and every pair is fantastic. I have ordered pink tinted, gradient and full black for several designer frames including Prada, RayBan and Christian Dior. The install instructions are easy. I can't say enough good things!

Legitimate company that does what it says they will do
So happy I found this company. My ray bans, which they don’t make this style anymore, had scratches on it. I found this company on a website and decided to take a leap of faith. I add polarized and scratch resistant to my order. Company said it would take six weeks, received them within two weeks. Very happy and glad to wear my ray bans again
