Sent for replacement lens for my Rapha sunglasses damaged when they came off when cycling. Ordering process simple / good selection of different lens shades / quick delivery and easy to fit after watching video. Highly recommended if you damage a lens / cheaper option than new glasses.

Fantastic site and product
Delighted with my new lenses, they fit perfectly and they will give me years longer out of a special edition pair of Oakleys that cost a lot and can't be purchased any more! I had mirrored lenses previously which were destroyed from sand etc in the gear bag so I opted for non-mirrored this time and my glasses look like new. I didnt realise I was ordering from Aus which is completely on me, so delivery took a few weeks as they came by sea but I am happier with that rather than my eco friendly option flying halfway across the world for me to negate any bit of benefit. 100% recommended

My experience was awesome easy to purchase. Arrived within 2 week.Very easy to assemble the new lens on my sun glasses frame. I’m one very happy customer. It saved me throwing out my $350 dollar Ray-bans as I had 1 cracked lens as they are my favourite Ray bans. I’d be lost without sunglass fix. Thank-you for helping me out. I’ve saved this website in my favourites.

Ordered new lenses for my Burberry sunglasses they arrived within 10days to the UK, they fit perfectly and saved me money having to buy a new pair as I love these glasses!

I had a great experience with Sam, the Lens Technician, who was professional, knowledgeable, and quick to respond to my enquiry about replacing the lenses in my sunglasses. I have to say how good the new customer service at Sunglass Fix. After my frustration with the first lenses they sent me that did not fit any of my glasses, as I should have, customer care sent me, on time, a new pair that fit in my $400 Serengeti sunglasses. I try it. They are of very good quality for the price. The lenses are not as good as the original Serengeti. With the non-polarized Serengeti, I can see the sun directly without distortion or losing sight of the surroundings. The lenses from Sunglass Fix, when looking directly at the sun, distort the light but maintain fear vision around it, which is very important for airplane pilots. But the new lenses are good for riding my motorcycle. The photchromic is the weakest I've ever seen; however, I can use it on a very bright day without discomfort.
After many months of waiting and still…
After many months of waiting and still not receiving my lenses I am furious ! I learned that they ship via DHL who then hand them over to the local post office for delivery. I informed them to ensure that they are sent to my home directly since the Mexican Postal system is very inefficient and sometimes can take 1 year for a delivery sent from abroad . They still did not listen and did the same thing again . DHL states they delivered them to the postal service but the postal service in Mexico does not take accountability and most parcels dissapear. Their are 2 guys delivering in the local area to 50,000 people . All thry had to do was get DHL to deliver to my house or a DHL pick up point . Unbelievable stupidity by these guys . !! I would not recommend their service unless you live in a 1st world country, Lesson learned and I still do not have the lenses or my money !!! Funny how they seem to get like a ton of 5 star reviews every time someone leaves a genuine bad review about their company . Grreat way to bury those bad reviews ! Look through the reviews and you begin to see a pattern

Hi Heathrow, I'm sorry to hear your lenses still haven't arrived - that's a frustrating outcome after two attempts, and I understand why you're upset. To clarify what happened: both shipments were sent via DHL, one of the largest global carriers, and DHL's tracking confirms handover to the Mexican postal service on both occasions. What happens after that handover - last-mile delivery - is outside DHL's and our control. It's a known weak point in parts of Latin America, where local postal networks are often under-resourced relative to the volume they handle. On door-to-door delivery: a dedicated courier (DHL or FedEx) carrying the parcel all the way to your address, bypassing the local post entirely, would cost multiples of the order value. That's not something we or most customers could reasonably absorb on a lens replacement order, so we rely on the standard network, which does get the vast majority of parcels through. We paid to ship a second time in good faith, and our guarantee stands: if this parcel isn't delivered within DHL's stated window, we'll refund you in full - just get in touch with our care team once that window closes. I received my new Oakley lenses an hour ago
I received my new Oakley 00 square lenses an hour ago, they are fitted to my frames now. Wow! What can I say? What a cracking fit, immaculate quality colour and thickness is the best ive ever purchased. I will be buying more from Sunglass Fix for sure, really reasonably price too! Im a sunglasses collector so I know quality when I see it! Buy buy buy! Leecool1
Quality is not great
Quality is not great. Pricing is actually similar to what you can get from ordering from Ray Bans for example. Horrible polarization. Waste of money.

Hi Kevin, I'm sorry to hear you are not happy with our polarization. We do use a Japanese polarizaton film from a company that has been in the industry for years. The file is rated at 99.9% efficacy which implies is should block glare at angles from top and bottom reflection almost completely. We also have a team to support customers with any issues they may have had with their order. They can help you troubleshoot what may have gone wrong with your order as well as faciliate a return for a full refund as we provide a 6 month return policy.
