Location of the house was perfect! It is super cute and communication from the owner was excellent including recommendations for what to do in whitefish! 40 minutes to amazing hikes in Glacier.

The most amazing accomodations
We stayed at this property the week of July 5-12, 2026. This property is amazing inside and out! We were very comfortable. We had zero issues with this property. The property has a restaurant on site and the food was delicious and service yop notch. It also has a spa on site. The owner of this unit is amazing. From the first time I reached out to her until our last day, she and her team were very professional, responsive and a pleasure to deal with. We utilized her driver for the week and I am glad we did. He transported us to and from the airport and took us "EVERYWHERE" we wanted to go. I can't say enough about this unit, the owner and her staff. Thank you for the 5 Star accommodations and service.

The Viceroy, Los Cabos is truly a five star experience, staying in any room type, but our experience staying in their 3 BR Penthouse was exceptional! The views of the ocean from every bedroom were spectacular but the view from the top floor while dining or in your private pool was breathtaking. Every sunrise and sunset was magical.
The service throughout the property, whether at the front desk, at every restaurant, or anywhere throughout the resort, was best described as “white glove service”; they even remember your names every time they greet you.
Last but certainly not least, the food at every restaurant on property was INCREDIBLE! We decided to get the “meal plan” and that was definitely the way to experience every delectable restaurant on property, inclusive of food and alcoholic/ non-alcoholic drinks. Trust me, it was more than worth it!!
Can’t say enough about The Viceroy, Los Cabos. Already planning on going back next year!

The Viceroy Los Cabos is a beautiful hotel. We had a very relaxing trip. Property is beautifully designed, the views are amazing and the all the staff were very nice and helpful. Airport transfer is available through the concierge. The restaurants are also great. We would come back!

A forever memory forOur family
Our family, which used all four bedrooms had the perfect stay at this Isla Mo Harris Villa. the villa is located on the southern tip of the island which is also perfect. It is much quieter and serene than anywhere else on the island. Of course the highlight is the very large swimming pool with an amazing almost infinity, like View of the water towards Cancun. The kitchen is wonderful and is meant to accommodate eight people. We came to the island in early July so that we could go swim with the 100 to 200 whale sharks a bucket list event. We also had a wonderful day trip to Contoy Island, which has an amazing wonderful beach.

Beautiful apartment. Very well located with easy access to skiing, bike park, and grocery store. The apartment was very clean and has large views of the surrounding area. Parking was easy and directly outside the apartment. Would highly recommend this property.

Valuable service despite their changing the terms of the program
ThirdHome provides a very valuable service. They bring together individuals who would like to travel by exchanging homes in a way that provides a sense of safety and reassurance to all parties. My only dissatisfaction is that their fees are exhorbitant. I just don’t understand why I need to pay them $1295+ to book a home in addition to the cost of the keys I received for depositing weeks at my property. Obviously, I don’t know the intricacies of their business model but every year I ask myself whether or not this service is worth it or if it can be done more efficiently and affordably for the home owners. And I guess there is one other thing… I originally joined because a week in my time share during a particular month had a certain value ; now, a year later, that same time period is worth less than half the original value. But now, I’m stuck in the ThirdHome system despite the fact that the economics of their home exchange platform has changed. I kind of feel like they are changing the rules of the game quietly and not giving owners a heads up so they can make an informed decision to stay or leave the program.

The house was very clean, beds super comfortable, kitchen extremely well appointed, we very much enjoyed our stay. However, the listing noted 'Surround yourself with pristine wilderness as you explore the lodge’s private hiking and biking trails or relax by the serene creek winding through the property.' None of these could be found, at all, and getting to the creek would have required some serious (and likely perilous) bushwhacking. And 'the game room promises entertainment', there was no game room, just a room downstairs with a big TV. Also noted 'Step outside to find a putting green, bocce ball court, and a fire pit with surround seating.' The fire pit was completely overgrown with plants, the putting green was not useable and the bocce ball court was no where to be found. With the cabin being so far from anything, we were counting on the hiking & biking trails (we brought our mountain bikes), as well as the outdoor games. This aspect was a major disappointment for our group. I suggest removing these aspects of the listing, the rest of the listing was spot on. The view was undeniably gorgeous and the hot tub was lovely at the end of the days.

I’ve been extremely disappointed with my experience with THIRDHOME. When my property became involved in a serious legal dispute, I immediately asked THIRDHOME to temporarily suspend it while the matter is resolved. Instead of working with me on a reasonable solution, I was told I would still be expected to honor upcoming reservations or face cancellation penalties.
As a homeowner, I do not believe hosts should be pressured to continue allowing guests to stay at a property while there is pending litigation involving that property. Their response felt rigid, unsupportive, and focused only on enforcing policy.
Anyone considering THIRDHOME should carefully read the Membership Agreement and Host Cancellation Policy before joining. My experience left me feeling completely unsupported during an already stressful situation.

ThirdHome takes seriously both the concerns of our hosts and the expectations of our traveling members. When a host requests to cancel confirmed reservations, we have an obligation to consider not only the host's circumstances but also the commitments made to guests who have planned their travel in reliance on those reservations.
In this instance, we requested additional information regarding the nature of the legal dispute so that we could better understand whether it affected the property's availability or the ability to safely host guests. Based on the information available to us, we were not presented with evidence that legally prevented the property from being occupied. Accordingly, our Host Cancellation Policy remained applicable.
It would run counter to club policy for us to pressure a homeowner to act contrary to a legal obligation. Rather, we strive to balance the interests of all members while applying our policies consistently and fairly. Where circumstances genuinely make a property unavailable, we work with hosts to understand the facts and determine the appropriate course of action.
We appreciate your feedback and remain willing to review any additional documentation that may materially affect the property's ability to honor confirmed ThirdHome reservations
The accomodations were very comfortable and the location had spectacular views.
