Thomas Carpet installed our carpet and vinyl flooring. The carpet is beautiful and the vinyl looks just like tile. We've had many compliments on both. They do an excellent job. I highly recommend them.

Excellent

I want to thank Michael, and his staff for a wonderful experience. They helped us through the entire process. Even though our flooring was on back order, they gave us options, and were very committed to getting the flooring we wanted . The instillation was inconvenient, but Mr. Hammond made it as painless as possible. I would highly recommend Thomas Carpet One.

After spending time visiting various flooring companies, I was so glad I took the time to "just do one more". From the first time I entered their building, I was greeted and shown just what I wanted. Installation was flawless and pristine. No clean up for me after they were finished. Everyone loves my carpet and I have sent several friends to your store to pick out their new carpets.

We just moved here from New Jersey and needed to replace a bedroom carpet before the movers came. Someone recommended Thomas Carpet in Seneca. Friendly, accommodating, knowledgeable, I can't say enough. They came out to measure the next day and in two days my new carpet was installed. We have since used them for a kitchen floor and will be back as we tackle the rest of the rooms.

Good people and efficient

Good people and efficient, timely work.

Very satisfied with the service and installation

Kim the sales person was very knowledgeable and helpful. Perry the installer is the hardest-working guy I've seen in South Carolina. He did a quality job and was done quickly all by himself.

Good quality work and fair pricing

Thomas Carpet One was an easy business to work with. They helped us coordinate a long distance carpet replacement in a condo we own. We had a very tight turn around window and Thomas Carpet One was very accommodating and helped us get our new carpet installed on time. The carpet looks great. We truly appreciated their professionalism and help.

The staff helped us understand the features and warranties of various carpets and styles which made the decision-making much easier. The very next day, our floors were measured and we set a date for installation. The installers were right on time, took the amount of time that they estimated, and took care to make sure everything was cleaned up at the end. We love the feel of the carpet on our feet and the "look" !

The Flooring Store athat Did!

We had an excellent experience. The staff took the extra time and effort to ensure that we had all of the options needed to make an informed decision. The price was right; the installation was professionally done; and the people were friendly and professional. We will go there again when we need additional flooring.

Good Experience

We had an overall good experience with the vinyl flooring we purchased. They had a good selection of products to choose from, friendly helpful staff, product and installer showed up when promised.

Wood flooring installation

A really good professional wooden floor installation and good advice on the choice of wood flooring. The work was started on the date arranged and the work time estimate was exact.
