A GREAT HELP & GOOD PRODUCTS
We were building a new house for our retirement and went to Thomas Carpet for a large portion of our flooring. The selection of products was impressive, but the best part was their willingness by the owner and their interior decorator to spend time with us picking out flooring that coordinated and complimented our wall, cabinet, countertops colors. The end result is a great looking house that friends really like.
Great service!
Pleasant experience from the day I entered the store until the job was completed!
Best in the state!
We have purchased various types of floor covering from Thomas Carpet One for more than 30 years...even after we moved to another town! I cannot imagine doing business with another company. They are generous and helpful. I trust their opinions! No project too large or small. Thanks for allowing me to offer this review! It is the least I can do for a job well done!

Excellent service and installation. Special attention needed to be given to the installation of the carpet on my stairs. The cutting and the installation was very well done.
Review of Thomas Carpet
Product was defective but it was taken care of satisfactorily.
Great place
The employees are great people who know quality customer service. Our carpet choice was easy to make thanks to Kim. The employees proved us with information to assist in our home improvements. Thank you to all of them. You deserve gold stars!
Excellent company
The initial carpet I choose was explained to me that with my dogs this would not be suitable as it was looped. I choose another and was scheduled for installation. Thomas Carpets was able to squeeze me in sooner than they had first thought. I am very happy with the results and would definitely recommend them to anyone.
Great place to do business
Sales people were so great to work with and helped me a lot. Carpet installer was professional and did a great job. Would definitely use them again.
Very good customer service.
