Condition may/may not be as described
I love Thrift Books (have used their site for many years), and the shipping times are great. However, this time (July '26), I had ordered two paperback fictions. One of them had a huge mildew stain (and smell) on the first few pages, although it had been listed as "Very Good" condition. Not a huge monetary loss, but I was disappointed in the ranking on that book! In all fairness, 85-90% of the time, the book is in the condition Thrift Books describes, but this was surprising.
1) Not enough Information
1) I don't remember the sales advertisement state that the book sold as being used. 2) The shipping was slow to receive.
