Lost my box of books and I had to contact them multiple times with no response. Eventually they decided to just pay me the money as they were so embarrassed so I guess at least there’s that.

Scanning books was easy and straight forward. Expect pennies not £'s for your books though. DPD let me down twice on collection so decided to use Inpost instead,which worked great. Money received 5 days after drop off. Overall good service if you want a clear out and want to earn a few pounds.

Change of delivery method a failure at your end
You made me change from DPD pick ups to In post. The drop off and delivery were excellent. You then failed to do anything with the package for weeks. I had to contact you via bot and email 3 times for any action whilst you continued to email me asking where my trade was--it was at your warehouse! Took weeks to be paid and yet again for the umpteenh time you said books were not sent when they were. Annoying as this cash is for a fund to provide a disabled loo in the local area which has no public toilets. First time I feel very let down and I am looking for another outlet to sell to as I have had enough of how bad your service has become over the last year.
