I purchased a book from here and, although it was promptly dispatched, it got lost in the post. I checked with Royal Mail and they said they were expecting it but hadn't yet received it. I emailed World of Books and they immediately sent out a replacement - no questions asked. People before profit!

I was impressed. The books I sent were all in good condition. They notified me that my books had been received. They sent me a check for the amount they initially said they would. So The process went as planned. I did receive the check. Nothing not to like.
