I did not receive full payment but all books were given credit for original estimate. I emailed company and didn’t hear back.

Easy to use app. Would be nice to get more money but OK prices. Easy to parcel up, put a number on the box and put in the InPost locker. Cheque arrived in about a week.

Easy to sell back books and best of all I did not have to pay for shipping. Drawback for me is it is fedex for shipping books and I don't have a fedex in the small town I live in.

Website is user friendly. Just scan the books you no longer want, pack them in a sturdy box, and drop them off at FedEx. The best part shipping is free!
I have sold books here before without issues. This time I had 1 book that had a trade value of $15 (the other books were less than $5). I was going to get about $30, but they said the $15 book was "damaged". It was NOT damaged and I find it ironic that my most "valuable" book was not accepted and going to be "donated". I feel like I have been scammed. I do not trust this company. I tried to contact a person before writing this, but I could only get a "live chat" with AI. EXTREMEMLY DISAPPOINTED!!

Super easy to follow their directions, print the slip, and send my books for evaluation. The payment was timely and I didn't have any issues. I'd be happy to sell to them again, but I don't have any experience buying from them yet.
I received an email to say items were not received yet they were all together. This has resulted in less money being transferred to me. I will not be using this service again or recommending to others!

At checkout, the final amount I was quoted for my book buyback was $145.18, which included a promotional 15% bonus. However, I only received $138.86.
After the buyback was finalized, the promotional bonus was changed from 15% to 10%, reducing my payment to $138.86. I don’t understand why the promotional offer was changed after the transaction was already completed. I expected to receive the $145.18 amount that was shown and confirmed at checkout.
