Super Easy and Quick!
It was super easy to scan my books in that I wanted to sell, get the shipping label printed, and send them out. The response was fast after I shipped my books out and payment was speedy too! Would definitely sell here again. I feel like I got as good of a price or better on my books as I could have gotten anywhere else, and it was easier to ship them out for free here than to wait for someone to be interested and then pay to ship it out to individual people.

I received a good price for the book I sold. Check was mailed to me and the whole process was about 12 days.
Easy and convenient process!
Super easy to sell: Scanning book barcodes with the app was a breeze, getting the free shipping labels was so convenient, and dropping off the packages at a nearby drop-off point was simple. The shipment/processing process takes a while, so don't expect instant payout, but overall, I would recommend this service to anyone! I'll certainly be returning next time I need to clean out my bookshelf.

No Show Collection
Sell Your Books need to have a stiff word with their DPD driver collectors. Yet again I’m left hanging waiting for my box of books to be collected, third time on two different dated pickups. There is no excuse as I’m at home and within earshot. They don’t even bother to ring the doorbell or knock. They think their time is more precious than mine. When you then check the pesky app it states the box wasn’t ready. The lies!!! A really rubbish performance. Never had issues when it was Ziffit.
