Unfair changing pricing. Easy to sell and post
The scanner is over sensitive and double scans or scans additional wrong books.
Also the price changes after scanning. This is not fair. The price at the time of scan should be honoured. Also better prices should be offered for the books.
Otherwise easy to sell and post.

Be vigilant and check their reported processing
I have traded 12 times now with Sell your Books (also known as World of Books and Ziffit I believe) to sell my late husband’s library. All began well but then I noticed the processing time seemed to get longer and longer. Along with this comes errors. Four times now I have had to dispute the claim that books were not received in my boxes. After the first time I began to put numbered pieces of paper slipped into each book to verify the number packed. I also took a photo of the collection before packaging and have even resorted to adding a list of the enclosed, asking the processors to check carefully. The odd pound deducted, as the offers on books are not tremendous, is not the point. I now mistrust their processing procedure and feel quite upset to be told books were not included when I have been extremely careful in my listings and packing. I actually feel quite hurt now, especially when my last trade was severely reduced because they said 7 books were missing!!! My trust in this company has been sorely tried and I now feel their honesty is in doubt.
Please check carefully what you send and dispute any mistakes in their processing.
MY REACTION TO THE REPLY 6/8/26
I found the standard (possibly AI composed) reply quite insulting. I had already sent an email about my latest trade problems through the ‘contact us’ section of the app. I received a reply from that, offering me some further money ( as if it was a special one off arrangement) for my ‘missing’ books. This seems to be their standard practice if you should complain. Now as I know the books were not missing I feel that that money is mine by rights but with the extra amount sent it was still 9p short of the original offer! With this company that is the amount paid for certain books.
I really don’t understand why they don’t play fair and people will continue to trade happily with them, Trading Standards definitely should look at their practices!
I doubt somehow that my reply to the address quoted below ( Trustpilot do not allow me to write this in full)
that I did indeed send, will achieve anything.

I like that you pay a reasonable price…
I like that you pay a reasonable price for used books, and that you provide a free shipping label. I like that you offer an old-fashioned check as a payment option. I had a lot of difficulty with your website. It wouldn't scroll down. It listed each book I clicked "sell" for 2x, so I had to erase one of them. Time-consuming. I checked prices yesterday, and one book was $3 less this morning. The constant changing is annoying. But thank you. I hope to do business in the future with you.

App is so easy to use, some of the books you don’t get much for but at least someone else will be able to enjoy them and I’m getting something back. You just need to pack in a box and the courier does the rest, then you just have to wait for your payment.

I liked the speed of scanning and being able to get through it quickly there are two things that bothered me - 1) creating additional labels is very buggy and it's not clearly labeled, 2) many of the books were not accepted, it would be nice if they accepted all books and donated the ones you cannot sell
