Have used this company a few times and for the most part it is fairly straightforward but on a few occasions I haven't been paid for items I have sent but they say they haven't received the items which were packed. I haven't quibbled it as it's usually only for buttons but has happened more than once. Will continue to use as it a good way for passing along books.

Over the course of several transactions, I found that quite a few books I knew to be in excellent and even pristine conditions were rejected due to "damage." I was not paid for them. These were books that would be considered "Like New" books if sold in person or on other online platforms - because THEY WERE! In addition, there seems to be no recourse for me to appeal, because the evaluation of these books seemed to be totally random compared with other books in the same transaction.

easy to sell and get paid BUT i had a 15% bonus code from an email they sent me but when i got paid they only paid 10% and it was impossible to get customer service to address my problem.

There are times when I've put books in the cart; and then when I go to prepare the box to ship, one or more books have been removed or are no longer needed. At that point, I have to repack the box, sometimes coming back under a minimum. And basically, I feel I have to start all over again. This is very frustrating.

The process was very simple, which I really appreciated, and it didn't take long for me to get my check...thus the 4 stars. I would have given 5 stars but for the fact that many of the books I had were not accepted, and also because the dollar amount I received for the books that WERE accepted was incredibly low, especially as they were in terrific condition and often looked barely used.
