This place gives lowest prices for books. Like .25 cents and. 35 cents. I got $1.50 each for two brand new Blu ray dvds. I won't make that mistake again

I would not recommend this app to sell your books. I sent two boxes, one was collected by DPD and got paid but they said two books, just happened to be the ones worth more, were damaged this is not true as they were in perfect condition. Sent another box through collect+ over 3 weeks ago now and still not been sent according to the tracking. Seriously save yourself the hassle

Unlike some other companies, this company *always* pays the amount quoted! Payment is made promptly. One time, when the USPS failed to deliver the check to my house, this company quickly, and without any "hassle," reissued the check for me!

Customer service is terrible. Replies are condescending and not helpful. I had trouble getting my shipping labels. When the issue was straightened out, I shipped my books. I hadn't heard anything and just found out my trade is expired. Meanwhile, they have my books that were a pain in the ass to ship, so I'm out my time and money.

The app, ease of use, and speed of service was great. Great for fast decluttering. Sadly the prices offered for your books are not generous at all though & dont represent a fraction of the actual resale value. Great for making space & giving old books a new home rather than landfill, but if you actually want to make any money then sell your books privately.
