Brilliant
Quick easy process..no faffing about with labels and there’s inpost lockers everywhere so it’s convenient..there’s even one outside the supermarket I shop at! No problems and I’ve got a bit of extra room now..for more books ;)

No payment still
I’ve already submitted a review but World of Books contacted me to submit this one. So, I repeat, I still have not been paid. I sent my books on 8 July and have been stuck in an automated email vortex ever since. Promises of payment but only a small fraction of what is owed has her paid - despite World of Books accepting they made mistakes

They made up water damage and mould claims!!
I don’t believe the monthly competition is legit. They only ever accept two books for monthly competition, and they claim the rest are damaged when they clearly aren’t. Sent in 8 items for trade and 2 books were rejected for false reasons. They claimed my CACHE Technical Level 3 Extended Diploma in Health and Social Care book was water damaged and had mould, but it clearly wasn’t. The book was brand new and in perfect condition. The other book was marked as having a missing or damaged spine, but the spine was fully intact too. Neither claim was true. I had to email and go through live chat to dispute it before they agreed to pay a goodwill amount. I recommend you don’t send your books to them. They make up claims that books are water damaged and mouldy when they clearly aren’t.
