Problems? They don't care! No money, and no item!

Problems? Who cares! No money and no item! So, where can I begin...? Ok, I buy pre-sell phone from TinyDeal. For 68€. First it was send with China Post, but the package was send back to TinyDeal from Chinese Customs or so. So, its was 17 days expired, it was send once again with Netherland post. The package was fast in Germany (Destination country), but I never received the item. German Customs just send back to the Netherlands back. I got mail from German Post office, what this package with Tracking Nr.: RS142067845NL was send back to the sender its not past troth German Customs. I have scanned this mail for TinyDeal, I have wrote some emails, but they give no care. The tracking status shows: 07-10-2014 15:34 The item has been processed in the country of destination NETHERLANDS 06-10-2014 11:22 The delivery of the item was unsuccessful 24-09-2014 16:27 The item has been processed in the country of destination 24-09-2014 13:41 The item has arrived in the country of destination 24-09-2014 05:50 The item is on transport to the country of destination 23-09-2014 19:08 The item is at the PostNL sorting center 20-09-2014 08:12 The item is pre-advised So I have mailed TinyDeal, again, and again, but they write to me, what the package is processed in destination country and they give a care, that the destination country is not a Germany, I live in Germany. So, no its passed over 1.5 month, and I still not received any information from TinyDeal have they received the package or not. I have wrote, to the Netherlands Post, but the email given there is not active. I have payed with PayPal, but after what was send back to the sender it was to late to open dispute (was passed the 45 days of buyer protection) I have trusted TinyDeal, but now in this situation, no money and no item. How ever, 68€ its for me big money. This was not the first buy by the TinyDeal, everything was fine, beside this one incident. And now, they have my money and I thing the phone to. I give 1 star for this story to TinyDeal. If you buy and don't receive your item after 35 days or 40 days, open Dispute on PayPal. In this way, you are guaranteed what you can receive you money back and they interested to receive they money or sell item. I hope, this will read some one from TinyDeal and contact me about this situation. And I hope, I can someone help, with this story, what not everything is so fine with TinyDeal, how can this look in first impression. Have a nice day.

Do not respect their customers !!!

More than 4 months ago, I made a purchase value of $ 43.92 at this store. I told her the number RD405426153KN. But this number does not track mail. Parcel, I still have not received. My many letters I have received offers to wait. Because the number of parcels is not monitored at all I have no confidence in the fact that it was sent at all! Parcel I still (20/11/2014) did not get the money I have not returned despite my repeated requests! I am extremely pleased with this attitude is not the store to the buyer !!! In other stores, AliEkspress for example, the reason for the unconditional money back to the buyer is not a tracking number within 10 days. So working fine shops. By TiniDeyl is not true - it's a bad store! Nor when I will no longer have them or what to buy and requires the return of my money in the amount of $ 43.92. DO NOT BUY THIS SHOP !!!

They lost my package and wanna avoid refund!

I'm waiting for my package 3 months ago,when I ask them what happened they keep saying wait for more,wait for more,and they don't wanna send my refund!! They are a very bad in costumer service!! The worst I dealt with in a long time!!!!

Overall a good site. Cost to take into account that the goods come from China, and this possibility of fakes. Description in 9 of 10 cases corresponds to, but unfortunately the comments once again through the lie. Prices are at a good level, something cheaper, something more.

No, I'll not suggest even a single friend to purchase any product from your online site. I booked lots of product online, and it is two months completed, but I did not get my product, then how you aspect, that I'll refer to my friend. You are not good seller, you international service is very worst. And here I state that, please refund my whole amount with an interest.

Cheap alternatives to Phones/ Bad online Chat service

"UPDATE 24-11-14: My last order has not been shipped after 13 days of "processing". This is a first. I have spent 30 minutes with online chat,, trying to tell this woman, that I don't want to cancel my order, I want to know why is not shipped yet. But it seems they can not understand me, and are only able to ask if you want to cancel the order. Chat service online is terrible and they cant keep up with a normal EASY conversation, or maybe they dont care. I still didnt get an answer as to why the delay. End of Update" I have ordered form Tinydeal about 3 times. I have been happily surprised at the quality of some items. I would not recommend buying makeup or anything too cheap, those things are simply bad quality. I bought a phone, that I am very happy with, so much that I bought a 2nd one for my son. Some other gadgets, have worked out just fine. I live in South America and it takes about 40-45 days to arrive, but the box always comes with bumps and the interior packages are wrinkled. The small items (headsets, pens, chains, mp3,) are usually packed in plastic bags. They should put more packing material to protect the items. They are very good at letting you know right away if something is out of stock, and they give you a choice to refund or choose another item. They also ship within a few days of the ordered. Sometimes, it is difficult to understand the customer service reps, because of the language barrier, so its a little frustrating. I have not had to return any items yet, so I am not sure what their return policy is. I suggest, you choose your items carefully, look at the descriptions and ask questions BEFORE you buy. Overall, i have not had a negative experience with them. Not yet and I hope I never do.

Ship with tracking number

After using then for droppshipping for about 2 month i can only say use tracking number or you will have undelivered items problems

Bad service, some products poor in quality

I am a long term customer of TD. Unfortunately I can not say that my shopping experience with them is perfect and satisfactory. My complains is easy to track through my mailing with TD staff which was often boaring and not easy. It seemed they did not understand English. Besides, some products purchased appeared to be of a bad quality. My complains were taken, but no refunds offered just same products to be bought again with a discount. I believe that nobody is perfect, but TD should at least to have tried. Best regards,
