I would like to share a negative experience with tinydeal. On 19-03-2014 i´ve bougth a android phone, by the value 97.99 euros. Arrived on coustums (Portugal) on 21-04-2014, and pay 34.20 euros All normal. After switch on the phone, notest a fail on touch screen, that don´t work. Call tinydeal, onde sent back the phone to repair, by DHL (to be faster), on 30-04-2014, and payed 24.34 euros. Phone arrived on tinydeal on 05-05-2014. From 05-05-2014 to the present date (more than two months) i´ve been changig emails with tinydeal, and get the same answer (doing my best, trying to resolve, etc....) I propose to receveive what i´ve payed for the phone (97.99), forgeting what i´ve payed extra (coustums and DHL), but tinydeal ofered to me 60% of the value (they must be joking with me). So, hat i say is, if the article is OK, no problem everything is nice, BUT IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM TO REPAIR, forget TINYDEAL, MORE THAN TWO MONTHS to repair a phone, it´s not a good way to get new clients. This a way that i´ve found to publish my BAD experience.......

I know many of their reviews are fake and they lie about shipping (only do EMS) however everything else is fine. I bought a tablet back in August and I did not received it. I contacted their support several times the past months, and only got the same message: "Please wait for it" When I then asked for postal information, then they told me:"We have contacted the post office and we are waiting on their reply" But now after 4 and a half months of waiting on either the Tablet or a refund.. I finaly got a refund.
Not Happy with you Tinydeal. I ordered the Mini DisplayPort to Digi-Port Adapter HDMI/DVI/DisplayPort for my Macbook, says it supports HDMI/DVI, but it is not. And it doesnot work either. I got other brand digi port adapter from other store Chinabuye, that works fine and supports DVI. Their site has legit details of what is compatible and has good quality. But with tinydeal says it is compatible and they are not ready to replace or refund. Wondering why they give wrong commitments on the product when they don't support and why do they sell that doesn't support.

I placed an order for 6 pairs of sunglasses that looked of good quality, an hour later I decided to check the reviews about this site to make sure everything was on the up and up. I saw their 2.9/10 stars and became hesitant so I asked for a refund about two hours later. I opened a dispute with paypal and talked to one of the TinyDeal reps (who was clearly not close to fluent in my language (English)) and the next morning my account had been refunded. Nothing wrong with the site, just was hesitant after all of the nasty reviews but I may try a smaller test order later!
