Nice to find what I was looking for at a good price. Shipping was speedy and the part was well packaged. Thank you!
Toyota parts deal had exactly what I needed to fix my 2022 Toyota 4 Runner. The site was easy to navigate and the parts arrived in a timely manner. Thank you!
Good prices , product in stock and fast shippung
Ease of use, Fast shipping.
The right part, shipping was as fast as it could be. Will be back.
Easy of finding and ordering the parts. Speed of delivery
Shipped in a very timely manner and well packaged. Parts were as described and fit properly.
Quick and easy purchase! Amazing packaging!
No complaints, I will shop here again.
Products I purchased were priced competitively though that good price got eaten up a lot in a fairly strong shipping cost
The coolant temperature sensor was a quality OEM part that solved my problem.
Speed and accuracy meant that the part arrived in a timely manner and it was the part that was ordered.
The experience was outstanding, I received the parts i needed. Everything was delivered on time. Thank you.
Ordered rotors and brake pads. One rotor had some kind of contaminate on it, like thick oil or tar residue or something, had to clean that off with brake cleaner. The brake pads were shrink wrapped inside the box, but the wrapping was broken off at arrival. The parts all work just fine, just a little annoying that the packaging doesn't seem done well before shipping and that one rotor was a little contaminated, probably while sitting in their shop/warehouse.
TPD always has good prices and ships quickly. I'm in Oregon, and it's great that they can ship from Beaverton. I ordered late on a Friday, received a tracking number Saturday morning, it actually shipped on Monday, and the parts arrived on Tuesday.
They have good OEM parts and reasonable prices as well as resonable shipping costs & speed etc...
I ordered scion FRS floor mats (PT908-18130-20) and was sent (PT908-18170-20). I tired to get help on my situation but they said I’d have to pay shipping and restock fee for the mistake that they made. They are insisting that my part will still work on my car but why would I order something and except another. Straight scammers and false advertising. Customer support doesn’t help at all and stops responding. Emails are vague and often misleading. Terrible experience.
Hi Erikpreme, Thank you for your feedback. When a part has a manufacturer supersession, our site discloses the information in the description with “REPLACED BY” followed by the updated part number. While the superseded part number may differ from the original, it is the manufacturer designated replacement intended for the same application, hence the return request is considered "no longer needed" and is subjected to a 20% restocking fee. We regret any confusion this may have caused and appreciate your feedback. Took a couple days longer than its indicated, but received the part in perfect and genuine Toyota part condition. Best of all the price is almost $100 cheaper than local Toyota dealership would charge. Part No.: 55432-60432-C0 PANEL, INSTRUMENT PA
BUYER BEWARE. I would give this company zero stars if I could. I entered my vehicle information on their website, and their parts lookup selected the part they said fit my vehicle. I ordered it based on that recommendation. When it arrived, I immediately realized it was the wrong part. I never opened the package because I could tell from the part number and packaging that it was incorrect. I contacted customer service, explained the situation, and even sent photos of my existing part along with the correct Toyota part number to show that their website had recommended the wrong item. The part was unopened and still in its original packaging. They refused to accept a return solely because it was classified as an electrical part, even though it was never opened or installed. As a result, I’m out $80 because of an error caused by their own parts lookup system. If you order from this company, verify the part number yourself before purchasing. If their website recommends the wrong part, don’t expect them to stand behind They are a sorry company. All they have to do is exchange it for the correct part. I would happily pay shipping even though it is their mistake. You can find 100 posts just like mine. Don’t buy anything from them.
Hi Drew, Thank you for your feedback. After reviewing your order, we found that there were multiple options available based on the vehicle information entered. The part shipped matched the part number invoiced. While we understand your concern, we do not have visibility into a customer's specific repair needs and can only fulfill the part number checked out. Customers who are unsure which option applies to their vehicle are encouraged to use VIN verification with our new Customer Assistant chat. Additionally, per our return policy, parts containing electrical components are non-returnable. We appreciate your feedback and regret that your experience did not meet your expectations.
