I am giving it two stars because the staff is very friendly. However, I would stay away if you are going for Pokemon TCG. They actually sell OVER market by a significant margin. For example, The Prismatic Evolutions Super Premium Collection is going for $280 market. They have it for $350; a 25% increase. A single pack of Ascended Heroes is $13. They have it for $20; a 54% increase. All Pokemon TCG items are over market. I am unsure how the rest of the other TCGs are priced since I only collect Pokemon. I suggest going to either Curated Cards and Collectables or Get Good Gaming Company instead for Pokemon TCG as their prices are at market or even less than market.

Bad choice

I paid 50 bucks for a toy. When it arrived a week later it was not working.. I should have known to stay with the familiar.. smh😱😱 Now this birthday gift will be a lot more costly..

Outstanding delivery and packaging!

I couldn't have asked for quicker delivery and this was a hard Target Bullseye Exclusive 5" Beach Bag Charm that was sold out all over. I almost doubted they really had it, but they did and delivery was lightning quick! I received it today, so well boxed and in perfect condition! Will be shopping there again for my grandkids!

I ordered an action figure. They reported after a month that the address was undeliverable - however, I receive packages from UPS, FEDEX AND USPO daily. ToyWiz would not resend the toy and then charged me half the price of the toy as a restocking fee. They would not refund this upon my request to refund. So, no birthday present arrived and I was charged for the order. I will never order from them again. This is fraud.

Wrote to return but they said that no need they would ship a replacement 4 months later and a lot of emails nothing is happening with replacement or credit. Just stupid AI answer.
