Complete positive experience from start to end
I agree with all the previous positive reviews - no nede to repeat them. my recent request for three bookings during golden week 2026 they secured two of the three requests in business class, and suggested and then secured the third in first class for me. It was a breeze boarding the trains and I will definitely use them next time. The charge for their service is definitely worth it as a western foreigner. Thank you!!!!
Excellent help with China train travel
Trent was a fantastic help in organising my train travel in China. He was very helpful, and patient, with my many questions and took a lot of the stress out of the trip. Will use again.
TOP TOP TOP! Super reccomended
Nothing to complain about, the service was impeccable. The team members were accurate, punctual, and extremely professional, keeping in touch with me not only via email but also through WeChat. All services were booked exactly according to my itinerary. Only one train was unavailable, but they immediately found an alternative solution. I highly recommend CHINAHIGHLIGHTS to anyone planning a trip to China. TOP!
Honest, quick and efficient train booking
I ended up booking 3 train tickets with Annie via the China Highlights service (Train Spread). I had originally requested to book on more journeys but my plans changed, Annie took this in her stride and altered and repriced the tickets as required. Annie was very professional, efficient, and reliable in suggesting alternative trains and routes. I highly recommend them to any traveler looking to book train tickets!

Trains in China
This is the third time I have booked train travel in China through this company. They are responsive and deliver on time. Very professional service from Trent.
Highly recommended
It was the second time I have booked train tickets via the China Highlights service. On both occasions, the whole process was very intuitive and the service provided was very professional, efficient, and reliable. The travel advisor was very proactive and remarkably fast in customer support. For some of my journeys, the original train sold out, but the team immediately reached out to me via email with a clear, convenient alternative departure for the same day. As soon as I replied to confirm the new time, they processed the updated reservation almost instantaneously. Most importantly, the subsequent execution of each step of the journey went completely smoothly from start to finish without a single hitch. If you are looking for a trustworthy, hassle-free way to book China bullet train tickets, look no further. I highly recommend them to any traveler!

It was the first ticket I had booked…
It was the first ticket I had booked for China and I was very unsure of how to do. I received very clear instructions during the booking and then I was explained about the procedures. Everything went smoothly and I was very happy. The only problem ( and that was my fault!) was that when I provided my passport number I only gave numbers and not the first three letters so I was stopped at the station but when I explained the problem, it went well. Thank you so much: my trip Shanghai- Beijing went extremely well and it was the icing on the cake. My last trip in China after 3 weeks and it went very smoothly.
