I have had a great experience with everyone I have dealt with. From the calibration side to sales and everything in between.

Not great. Picture of wanted item is a little misleading as to what's included. When I called, the rep was not able to provide information about the different kits (they had no pictures) he told me to google them to find out what I needed... You know what happens when you google things? it takes you to websites that allow you to buy them. I won't actively seek transact to make purchases.

My experience with Transcat was great
My experience with Transcat was great. I sent in a request for a quote for a quantity of 5 pressure gauges. The next day I got a price. After I provided a PO, I got a confirmation e-mail and an expected ship date for the gauges. The day before delivery, I also got an e-mail that the gauges should be arriving soon.
