I recently joined Travel Advantage, and I am already beyond impressed! I just made my first reservation through the platform and the experience was flawless. I did a thorough price comparison with other major travel sites, including Booking.com, and Travel Advantage offered the absolute best price for my accommodation. Saving money is great, but the platform is also incredibly user-friendly and easy to navigate. We have some issue with our car during our trip and so we had to modify some Hotel some Booking. Usually, it’s not possible, but they still tried to reach up the hotel and ask for it. We’re not sure yet if it would be possible, but we really appreciate that you tried it. Thanks.

Glad we were able to check in early at NH Collection Roma Centro, the hotel was excellent. I quickly made friends from around the world and we shared many laughs. The Whatsapp chat group was helpful for communication. I would suggest that future MWR representative just make some introduction during the dinner night, make it more formal, grab everyone's attention and welcome them. Also, have a vegan, vegetarian option. If you are planning a life experience trip or any trip and going to use your platform for activities, buy your tickets to whatever in advance especially if they are attractions that have set times. Do your best to plan ahead of what you want out of any experience, what you will do or see and bring the fun and your travel tribe.

This was my first time dealing with the customer service so wasn't sure what to expect. I wasn't getting a response to the cancellation request I'd made but when I went on the chat I got very quick response. Paula was amazing! Processed a refund for me right away. I'm very impressed.
