Although, we have checked your booking details; you booked with us on 09/05, you called us the same day to get the booking cancelled due to some family emergency. The customer service I received on Saturday the 13th was outstanding. Scarlett saved the day when my flight from Las Vegas was cancelled. Her quick work allowed me to make the rehearsal dinner and turned a catastrophe of epic proportions to a memorable weekend. I hope this review inspires other employees.1
