I don't like having to input my details every time I order even though it's already on my profile.
Only details to be improved
I simply have two complaints: 1. many times when I check Request Item, I don't get the notification when it comes back in stock. I guess it's more of a programming problem with the website. 2. (And the biggest problem I've had): years ago you guys didn't take so long to ship packages. I think you used to send them any day that wasn't Sunday. Today (especially today) I have checked it again: I requested an order on the 5th, and today, on the 10th, it has been shipped. It seems too much to me, especially considering that I didn't have this problem with you before.

I bought from here several times and has been no hassle. If troll and toad don't have it, you probably won't be able to find it elsewhere in my country. An option to add more items to an already existing order before shipping would be nicer. Overall a very happy customer and happy to shop from them again :)
