Great until something goes wrong. DPD delivered my order to somewhere that wasnt even remotely near my house, UKCN shop representatives via email kept delaying and dragged it out for two weeks. They then stopped responding to me altogether. I have had to claim the funds back from my bank in order to get a refund. Shockingly bad service and just glorified thieves. Do not buy from here - they are not the cheapest in the market either!
I have used it for last 3 years. It has all I want especailly for bubble tea and hotpot. The delivery is fast. They even pack the frozen food well. Their customer service response quickly if there is any damage on the product or any missing products.
Super good, fast, cheap, friendly, professional! Update: So far have made 3 orders with them, just found out that sometimes the price is more expensive (>30%) than other supermarket, for example, rice costs £27 here but £16 in other shops. This applies to many other products. Therefore, if it is for long term purchase, then better buy in the retail shops. I’ve stopped purchasing at this shop after spending nearly £1k here.
1st time buying from UKCNShop. They have good range of products. I ordered on Monday evening and the parcel came on Wednesday morning, and the parcel was well prepared. My 2btles of cooking wine was wrapped separately in bubblewraps like sausage rolls👍. Will defo buy from them again.
A lot of Asian products, super fast delivery, order on Tuesday morning got the parcel next day afternoon. Amazing shopping experience. Recommend.
AVOID! bad product and bad customer service, there are plenty of alternative Chinese supermarkets that can be chosen instead of this one
