I would give them a zero if I could. We had our flag up for less than a week and it started falling apart at the seams. I contacted customer service and was told, sorry no warranty. I won’t buy another one from them.

Flag delivery took awhile. Maybe because of how well the flag is made. Probably took some time to make it. This flag should last me longer hanging outdoors in the elements, than the last flag I bought at Home Depot.

Great price, fast delivery, my go to for my yard stick flags. I am disappointed with this shipment of flags. The quality is not what I expect from the vendor. With in days the ends are fraying and I am constantly forcing a thumbtack to secure the flag to stick. They rip right thru the top staple. It has been windier than normal but they have never disintegrated at this level previously.
