INCREDIBLY LOW service
Placed order on June 17th for in stock items. Zero update as of June 30. Called and finally got a live person who said it will be there "tomorrow" July 1. Nothing delivered. Called morning of July 2nd, on hold for over 20 minutes and finally auto transferred to voicemail. Left detailed message and never received any reply at all. They were closed on July 3rd. Product delivered just before lunch on July 4th. They only got one star because it finally delivered on the 4th. It's a disgrace to call that department customer service as there is zero service associated with it.
With the 250th celebration this 4th of July, I decided to replace our existing flag. Both were labeled Valley Forge Flag made in PA. The new flag is inferior in so many ways and I am deeply disappointed. The materials are poor quality and the stitching job is horrendous with uneven misplaced seams and hem edges sticking out all over the place. The clips are PLASTIC and painted silver to look like metal. They can’t even use a clip made of metal? The plastic clips won’t last; but then again, I doubt the flag will either. If we are going to manufacture in America, at a minimum, we must at least match foreign made products. We must do better!

I ordered flags 6/15 and they still haven’t even shipped as of 7/1. It’s a shame I ordered them in plenty of time for the 4th of July and the company didn’t even attempt to ship them in time.
For $22 I would have been better off buying a flagpole set from my local store for $10 which included a flag.

Ordered flag, and wood pole with pole connection.
Flag is nice.
Ordering is a mixed bag, pole comes in at 1 -1/4 dia and pole connection 1 inch. No clips for attaching flag to pole. Another separate order. And of course metal flag connections are 1 inch. Won't fit the poles they sell you at 1-1/4 dia.
Web site instructions are messed up, listing items as 3.75 inchs on poles 1.75 on hardware. Who uses measurements like that.
Say USA flag company. All made in China.

Poor communication, poor delivery experience
Ordered on May 22. Received an email saying one product was back ordered until July 3. Asked for shipping of the other two products. Received the back ordered product on June 12 in place of the other product ordered. Received a second shipment of the backorder product on June 17 and still never received my original ordered product. The second shipment was incomplete and the product is not able to be installed even if I kept it. On my fourth call to the company. I was given an address to return the second shipment, but no timeline on receiving my original order.

I purchased a very large flag. A 10 / 15 ft. I contacted the guy in charge Dylan. They provide a phone number, but don't answer the phone, per email Dylan responded saying that he would warranty l the flag for 6 months. I try to stay in contact with him to give him any updates. Because I removed it from the flagpole During very high winds, Dylan never responded any more with me to verify what I was doing so that I could really see if he was going to honor this warranty. Dylan became a no show, never answered an email Just disappeared, never returned a message. He missed out on a large flag order for my parents entire neighborhood. They ordered 50 flags through a different company. I was going to purchase another flag very disappointed in the cowardly. Action, of Dylan for not keeping his word. I don't recommend doing business with this company. They lie.

3.5 weeks and still haven't received my order
I'm very disappointed. I placed an order on 5/25. It is now 6/17 and I still do not have my (small) order. I see advertisements to "order now, in time for July 4th". I caution anyone considering that. I've been waiting over 3 weeks now. I was excited to order from a company in the US, but will not be ordering from this one again. I can't rate quality (hopefully it's worth the wait) because I don't have them yet.

Ordered the USA 250 Flag on May 23. Found out today that it's back ordered with expected delivery in July. Very disappointed in this company and it's customer service. Ordered an American made flag from another company, I'll let you know when I get it. Won't do business here again. Edit on 061726... received the flags I ordered from the other company, 1 blue & 1 white America 250.
We love our new flag and flagpole! Customer service was wonderful when we received a portion of the flagpole that was damaged. They addressed the issue immediately and replaced it right away. We will definately recommend this company and will be purchasing from them again.

Flag Delivered All Wadded Up!
I ordered a flag for my mom, to honor my dad's service in the Navy. The flag came wadded up in a bag and taped to the outside of the pole box. Incredible disrespect for the flag. I have tried several times to contact unitedstatesflag.com to ask how to return the flag and get a refund, and I get no response at all. Very very disappointed. Would not buy from them again or recommend them to anyone.
It was extremely difficult to navigate the website after the purchase. I was finally able to email Customer service after receipt. The flag pole did not come with a useable system to attach the bottom of the flag. Never received a response. Had to buy another flag pole from another merchant. Waste of money.

Blue turns purple.
Well let's start out with when I received a flag i thought it was quality the stitching on it was heavy duty compared to the stuff that I've had in a past that frays really fast. Within a 4-month period the blue turn purple looks like crap. I got a hold of the company and she said my 3 months was up and there was nothing they could do about it. She went on to say well there's a lot of sunshine in Florida but the cheap Flags I was buying before never did that they frayed right away but never turn colors. Never by again!
I purchased the 12" X 18" decorative flags on a wooden post to be put in the ground. I love the flags; they were delivered quickly, and the price is very reasonable! I am only giving 4 stars because the wooden posts are not long enough. By the time I put the post in the ground deep enough for it to be stable, the flag is touching the ground. My husband and I will have to add an extension to the wooden post so they hang freely.
