The application process was very simple. I ran into some technical issues and had to call customer care 5 times. I am 76, so the process was daunting for me. The first young lady I spoke with was very patient and submitted a ticket for me. I never heard back, so I called in the next day and spoke to two more reps, and they just didn't understand what I was telling them. No patience at all. I finally called back and spoke with Savannah, and she made the entire experience worthwhile. I wish all customer reps had her personality. Thank you!
