Wonderful staff. MA Raeda very pleasant. 2 Ultrasound tech, very knowledgeable, explained everything. Dr. Morris, excellent Explained everything in fine detail. Great bedside manner. Terry was able to get everything scheduled for next visit. Would recommend clinic to friends.

Irs and all around good experience !! Love that their communication is great !! And that they care!! They have water available there and hard candy!! Wait time has been little to none!! Dr. Nicolas, tells me when he is getting started and what to expect, during the procedure!! Seems very knowledgeable about all the procedures!! Nice gentle and caring Dr which is very refreshing in this day and age!! Not rushed !!

Great experience with Dr Mubarak and all the staff, including receptionists and assistants. I felt comfortable and everyone has addressed all my concerns. The appointment did not feel rushed

My biggest complaint was with their billing. A call center filled with people, most who barely speak or understand English tried to bill me for thousands of dollars. I tried calling, but was repeatedly disconnected sometimes over and over in the same day. I turned to my insurance company and they told me that the same thing happened to them. I contacted the BBB in Baltimore and in Illinois. I thought the problem had finally been settled when I got a call from them about a year later saying I still owed them $1200. After more time on the phone trying to get it settled I was told that I could disregard the bill, that it was an error and I owed nothing. Wouldn't you know 3 more years have gone by and I got a phone call last week telling me that I still owed them $41.48. Today an actual bill came from a collection agency. I should have written this review 3 or 4 years ago when i was going thru this horrible experience. Hearing from a collection agency was the last straw! I would never recommend USA Vein Clinics! I went to the clinic in Baltimore and I will say that the doctor and staff treated me in a very mannerly way, but they couldn't make up for the poor treatment from their billing department.

If i could give negative reviews I would. Can't speak to the doctor as i left before i saw him. I was there for the first time. First impression looked liked it had not been swept, dusted or mopped for weeks. Was escorted to a room and told to change. The exam table had no paper on itmy first thought was that the roll had run out. Asked for paper and was told none of there tables ever have paper. I asked how they thought that was ok. Was told patients usually not always sit in chair. I looked in 2 rooms which didn't have closed doors and saw 2 patients on the table. Disgusting and total unhygenic
