Enrique made this whole experience pleasurable. He was quick to respond to my inquiries, ensured that all my questions and concerns were addressed in a timely manner. Did not hesitate when I asked for a working sample product. Items were delivered when he said they would. Was quick to follow up with me as soon as the items arrived. Overall I am very pleased with the services received.
My experience with Gina Marcos was the best. This girl is on top of it. Super friendly as well. The product quality was exactly what I was hoping for, and the imprint quality is awesome. Great all-around experience.

Lana was great to work with! She was patient with me and super helpful. It was a lot of back and forth with questions from my side. I work at a school, so there was a lot of steps on my side for quantity, approval, and payment. Lana was with me every step of the way to make sure everything went smoothly. I needed to get a set of usb drives with logo in a few days. USB memory direct worked quickly to get things set up, the logo positioned, files transferred and everything rush shipped to me. Total turn around was just a few days which meant I had these in time for the meeting! Really friendly and helpful staff, great products. Would definitely order again.
