A nice relaxing week!
The resort was great, and my siblings and I had a great week. The staff was great and the unit clean and fully equipped. The pool and bar/kitchen were truly enjoyable!
Dependable
We have owned a timeshare for over 25 yrs. Always exciting to spend our weeks in the warmth of Arizona and the comfort of Camelback Resort. Convenient to almost everywhere. And comfortable in our two and three bedroom weeks. We never traded our weeks for other places. Didn't have to; everything was there. Thanks

The value of ownership has diminished…
The value of ownership has diminished since Vacatia has taken over. Lack of maintenance is showing. Bed is worn out and should have been replaced >1 yr ago. It is sad when a Motel 6 mattress is better. Ads on the property showing Vacatia are in appropriate and lack class. It is like our ownership is secondary to the maintenance company. Guests renting a room bring car loads of friends to the pool creating an unwelcome environment for owners or actual guests. Guest check out then stay at the pool all day and bring outside guests making it an unwelcome environment.
Needs more staffing in Splash cafe.
Had a great week with family but was disappointed in lack of staffing in the Splash cafe. Only one staff member assigned to make drinks (cocktails), take orders, deliver orders and responsible for watching pool safety rules. This is what creates high turnover for staff. Not appropriate for one person to be responsible for all of that. Creates delays in orders, forgetfulness and burnout.
Great Place to Stay!
I love to stay there. The location, the food, the staff and the room are all amazing!

What a beautiful area for this resort. Right at the base of Camelback Mountain. Close to old Town Scottsdale and near many top notch restaurants.
Resort was fantastic
Resort was fantastic. Super clean. Very well maintained. Accommodations were spacious. Many things to do on site. Also, you did an excellent job with the weather!

Had a nice week, area was busy with cleanup due to all the rain they had. Splash had some issues but they made food available for purchase during the first part of the week. Bartender was super nice and mad excellent drinks.

Good to Know
The room was clean and well stocked. The staff-from the front desk employees to the bartender were all very kind. The property was well maintained.
Terrible Communication
I made a full price offer on Vacatia's website for a Disney Vacation Club resale contract. Their communication was horrible. I left numerous voicemails and sent several messages using their chat option. No one ever returned my call and I still have no idea what the status of my offer is.

Our stay was very relaxing. The room was very clean and comfortable. The food at The Splash was delicious!
Scottsdale Camelback Resort - A+ Experience
Owner of timeshare weeks at Scottsdale Camelback Resort since 1988. Buildings and grounds are consistently well-kept and regularly modernized. Staff has always been knowledgable and friendly. My wife and I enjoyed out stay again this year from 4/06 - 5/02/25.
Wonderful time
Wonderful time, very nice accommodations, immaculate grounds, labyrinth a joy! My Spa treatment was spectacular.
