I have order twice now through your company. Both times it was very easy to place my order. The second time I ordered one of the items were not available so I received a text message asking if i wanted a refund or a different product. I really appreciated the option to pick another product. I asked for help while there was still time
It's got sent to the wrong address and I tried to stop it. USPS said they couldn't do anything about fixing the issue that it was to late. And I don't think the people at the address it went to is going to return it. So I'm out almost $70. I still need what I ordered but I don't know if I'm going again with you. I'm pretty upset. I spend around 200-300 a month in my and my husband vape needs, I was excited when I found you guys. But when I tried to fix this issue while there was still time.... I got no help.
