Everything I ordered was delivered correctly. Good communication. Could be quicker on the shipping. Would be better if different shipping options were available and a lot of places offer free shipping over 100 dollars not here though. Not disappointed with the service though but it could use improvement.

I love VaporDNA!! They have very fast shipping. I never have to worry about not receiving my order so this is the one website I trust. And I love how when I’m adding items to my cart, I always get a text from someone asking me if there’s anything they can do to help. And they also give me a discount code. They have a very good selection of e-liquids and the latest hardware. I will definitely keep ordering from them.

Sent the incorrect item I DID NOT order, nor is it shown on my packing list/invoice. Tried to contact MULTIPLE times. This site is a joke. Go over to giantvape or vaporempire. Maybe YOU should check your spam box and see if it ended up there. I sent an email the day of receiving shipment, then 2 separate emails to customer service. Silence. It doesn't seem like it's that uncommon when you have to rectify your mistakes. Don't worry, I'm never ordering anything from you again! I had to make this review to get ANY response! Pathetic! We had a tornado here that made INTERNATIONAL headlines, I get faster responses locally from business owners. Go pound sand.
